The team at the Cottage Inn on Packard St Ann Arbor always comes through for my catering and big party needs. The online ordering menu works well, but then the delivery team brings it home working super well, on time with great communuication. We're a University unit with student events and we always come back to the Packard Cottage Inn for our big meals. Thanks team!

Ordered pizza catering for a University of Michigan event, and the manager Julie was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We had to add an additional dairy-free item the morning of, and there was no issue at all in doing so. Will use this store again for future catering, and we hope to be served by Julie again!

We placed a huge catering delivery order to feed a group of 175 people and were very pleased with the selection (including the ability to accommodate multiple dietary needs), price, freshness and service. Everyone was pleased, the party tray pizzas and big salads were easy to serve on a large buffet-style table, and our event stayed on budget. Only tiny quibble is that the InnStix arrived without dipping sauce but I probably didn’t realize that I had to select one and that marinara wasn’t provided as a default!

We ordered about $600 worth of pizza for a law school event and it was great! Jeni and Julie were lovely to work with and gave me updates so that dropoff was as smooth as can be. The order was huge yet everything was done correctly—we will be ordering from here for the rest of our events!
